Personal Development – Specialising in Emotional Health & Intelligence, Living Holistically, Creating Healthy Space in Your Life, Fulfilling Your Potential, Living in Integrity and Relaxation Techniques

Homeopathic First Aid – includes a Homoeopathic First Aid Remedy Kit & Folder with all information covered in the course

Specialist Family Carers personal development courses, including the “It’s All About Me – for a Change”, “The Caring Relationship” and “Stress Management & Carer Well-Being” course.

Specialist Family Carers Information and Advice Courses: Getting the Most from Carers Rights & Legislation; Getting the Most from Carers Assessments; Getting the Most from Services; Confidence Building & Assertiveness for Family Carers; Managing and Maximising Your Personal Budget.

I am available weekdays, evenings and weekends by arrangement. Fees to be negotiated with individuals and organisations, on a sliding scale according to ability to pay. Minimum fee of £100 per day to maximum fee of £600 per day according to numbers attending. (October 2009)
